Xcapacity's founder and president, Laura Champe Mitchell, has over 20 years of experience in the business & people world. She's been a client relations executive, a business development executive, a change management leader and a COO. She's been an editorial assistant for a published textbook, a high school teacher, a waitress and restaurant manager, an assistant to a vice president, a trainer and facilitator, a developer of educational technology, an event planner, and an educational conference manager. She was even once a supermarket department manager (for one college semester). Her professional expertise includes tenure with the Society for Human Resource Management, The Close Up Foundation, Food Marketing Institute and Interactive Applications Group, Inc. (iapps).

With each job title and with every company, Laura's most fundamental personality trait has been at work - she simply has a gift for efficiently & creatively planning, organizing and executing anything.
